Hoki is caught in New Zealand and South Australian waters, and it has a tasty white meat. Hoki is processed and sea-frozen immediately after catching in big factory vessels, therefore it has a very high quality.

Properties:
As Hoki is boneless, it is used as fillets in several types of dishes.
Hoki has group B vitamins which is important for adjusting our nerve cells activity.
Every 100 gr of Hoki has 10 gr of fat, 15 gr of protein and 69 KCAL of energy.

The consumer distribution is packed in 700 gr vacuum bags, and for HORECA distribution it is packed in 6.8, 12 and 15 kg carton boxes
