Croaker
Croaker is one of the most delicious and popular fish in the south of Iran. One of the important things is that this flesh is tender and has a low razor blade that can be easily separated after cooking. Moreover, it's a small fish that is suitable for all tastes.

Nutritional value of salted fish:
Croaker is a good source of protein. It has a high ratio of omega-3 fatty acids to omega-6 and is useful for heart patients. Consumption of this fish has an effective role in blood formation and increasing the body's resistance to microbes, skin health and vitality, lowering cholesterol and the risk of cancer.

Habitat:
Croaker is distributed in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, the East and South China Seas, the Arne River, the Somali coastal stream, the San Miguel Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. It is caught by floor trawl, but it can also be caught by usual way (sport).
